Backpacking adventures into the remote areas of the Grand Canyon. Our mature, professional guides are excellent at interpreting the natural and human history of this Wonder of the World. With decades of experience your guide will take you to some of the most spectacular places in Grand Canyon while providing expert assistance and excellent food. Experience this desert wilderness as few have.

Packing up after an early breakfast, we hike with our backpacks taking breaks and enjoying spectacular views. A long lunch break and siesta at a beautiful location before completing the day's hike and setting camp, usually near a stream or spring. We see very few other people on remote trails. Packs typically weigh 30-35 lb. ( 14-16 kg)

Our clients have ranged in age from 8 to 66 years. We'll be sure to match you to an appropriate itinerary. Families can book a private trip and singles may join a small group. Normal party size is limited to 5 people to maximize solitude and opportunities for wildlife viewing. Groups of up to 9 may book together.
