Active Adventure

We provide spectacular hiking and backpacking adventures throughout the wilderness of Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California.

Our treks and backpacking adventures are suitable for those with little to no backpacking experience to those with extensive hiking experience. We can show you an adventure as long and committing as the 21-day John Muir Trail trek or as short as an easy 1 day hike in Yosemite Valley.

In addition to our scheduled trips we specialize in designing custom treks. All our adventures include gourmet back country cuisine prepared by your guide, professional and highly trained mountain guides and all the group camping equipment.

Typical Day

A typical day involves hiking from 3 - 8 miles with a moderate pace allowing for time to enjoy the awe-inspiring terrain of Yosemite and Sequoia. Evenings on overnight trips are spent relaxing and enjoying fine gourmet back country cuisine prepared by your guide.

Age range, type of group

We cater to everyone from 8 - 80 years old. We specialize in designing custom group wilderness trips for families.

All meals are of the highest quality. We like to call it "gourmet backcountry cuisine". Breakfast and dinner are provided on all our treks with lunches and snacks the responsibility of the guests.
