Points of interest;
- Check out time is 10:00 AM.
- We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation you make after the 72 hours will be fined by 1st night payment of the cancellation.
- There is a 5% service charge for all payments made by card. Cards we accept are VISA & MasterCard.
- All nights of accommodation must be paid for on arrival at check-in!
- Most of the rooms have community showers and toilets. Please make sure you bring your own flip-flops.
- All dormitory rooms are NON-Smoking! We have a smoking terrace at the backside of the bar.
- Please note that we keep your beds reserved for 2 hours after given arrival time. It's your responsibility to contact the hostel if you are delayed.
- There is no luggage-storage available at check-out.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
From December 2012 all booking will exclude 5.5% City Tax. This needs to be paid upon arrival at check-in. There will be no service charge for payments by credit card.

Dear Guests,

Thanks for choosing White Tulip Hostel for your Amsterdam visit. To make sure you AND your fellow travelers have an enjoyable stay we ask you to follow our house rules.

� Please be aware that we operate a strict 'No Refund' policy for the hostel
� The use of any drugs, weed, hash, hallucinates, mushrooms, cocaine, space cake etc is strictly forbidden. The White Tulip dorms are non smoking. The bar and hostel are totally drug free.
� Please be considerate of our other guests and place all rubbish in the bins.
� Although the showers and toilets are getting cleaned multiple times a day, we still ask you to leave them clean as much as possible! If there are any complaints please notify the reception directly.
� Friends and visitors are only allowed between 10 AM � 10 PM. Everybody not staying in the hostel must leave their ID at the reception.
� White Tulip Hostel is not responsible for any theft. We advise you to place all your belongings in the free lockers. We also provide a free safe at the reception for you valuables.
� Please respect your fellow travelers and keep the noise down after 10PM.

All directions given by white tulip staff must be followed. Any of the rules that are not followed will cause immediate check out

Directions

From Schiphol Airport:
Take a train to Amsterdam Central Station, then change trains to Amsterdam Muiderpoort Station (several trains per hour). From there you walk (750 mtr), follow the Insulindeweg, turn left into the Sumatrastraat and follow this until the end. The hostel will appear in front of you on a big square (Timorplein).

From Central Station:
- By train: take a train to Amsterdam Muiderpoort Station (several trains per hour). From there you walk (750 mtr), follow the Insulindeweg, turn left into the Sumatrastraat and follow this until the end (follow signs Timorplein). The hostel will appear in front of you.
- By bus nr 22: take bus 22 (direction Indische Buurt) and exit at Muiderpoort station. From there you walk (750 mtr), follow the Insulindeweg, turn left into the Sumatrastraat and follow this until the end. The hostel will appear in front of you
or
By bus nr 43: take bus nr 43 (direction Borneo Eiland) and exit at Veemarkt. From there you walk (650 mtr). Go to the Panamalaan and turn left. After 200 meter you will cross a canal. Go across the street (Zeeburgerdijk) and turn right. Then turn left into the Bornostraat and follow this for 250 meter. The hostel will appear in front of you on a big square (Timorplein).

From city centre:
- By tram: take tram 14 (direction Flevorpark) and exit at stop Zeeburgerdijk. Follow the Borneostraat for 250 meters. The hostel will appear in front of you on a big square (Timorplein).

- By bus: take bus 22 (direction Indische Buurt) and exit at Muiderpoort station. From there you walk (750 mtr), follow the Insulindeweg turn left into the Sumatrastraat and follow this until the end. The hostel will appear in front of you on a big square (Timorplein)
