Continue along M53 Motorway sign posted Liverpool, stay on M53 which will lead you straight to the Kingsway Tunnel (Wallasey). The Tunnel Toll costs £1.30.

On leaving the tunnel exit, follow signs for Liverpool City Centre and Manchester M62. You will come on to Scotland Rd. Keep in the left hand lane and left up the hill past John Moores University on the left. You will go through 4 sets of traffic lights. As you pass Office World on your left hand side, move into the right hand lane which will take you around the back of a small industrial estate. Keep in lane and go through the next set of lights. As you reach the post office on the left hand corner, the road bears left onto Edge Lane. You will pass a Texaco Garage on you left hand side. As you join the dual carriageway, you will see a Total Garage on you left hand side. Just before the Garage is the main entrance to Devonshire House Hotel. The main hotel reception is located at the rear of the site behind the Marquee Conference Centre.

On leaving the tunnel exit, take second exit of roundabout. Keep in right hand lane and turn right at first set of traffic lights. John Moores University will be on your left hand side at the turning.

You will pass McDonalds and a Retail Park on the left hand side. Continue heading towards Liverpool City Centre along Edge Lane. You will reach a set of traffic lights. At the lights, turn right onto 'Laurel Rd'. Take the first turning on you left, 'Holly Rd', and at the bottom of Holly Road turn left onto 'Beech St'. At the bottom of Beech Street turn left again back on to Edge Lane. The entrance to the Hotel is the next turning on the left hand side, just before the Total Garage. The main hotel reception is located towards the back of the site behind the Marquee Suite.
