It is near the the Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex (along Roxas Blvd.).......the location of Philippine Int\'l Convention Center and the Folk Arts Center. You can ride the ferry boat to Corregidor Island and Bataan province from here.
The hotel is about seven miles from the NAIA airport. Just give our address to any of the cab drivers the airport authorizes and they will bring you to the hotel. Most of them speak and understand English. The authorized cab ride is about PHP500.
