Apartment is situated in a newly constructed building on the 3rd floor. The building has intercom, elevator, and the apartment has security door. The apartment size is 41 m2 which is enough for comfortable stay of 2 adult persons. Guests can use a free parking place located in front of the building.
Apartment has: one room, bathroom, completely equipped kitchen, and balcony towards calm and peaceful Suboticka Street. It is equipped with French bed and an additional bed, cable TV, phone, air condition, and high speed Wi-Fi internet connection. Apartment is categorized as a four star apartment, which confirms its luxury and functionality.

Prices don�t include resident tax, which has to be paid by every guest. The tax amount is 128 RSD per day (around 1.3 Eur).
You will be asked to pay 100 EUR deposit in cash which will be refunded to you on departure.
The payment will be processed, for the whole stay, on the first day of the apartment usage.
If you are coming by bus or train, you can take tram number 7 to get you to the apartment. The public transportation station is located in front of the railway station and you should get off at the 12th station near the green market called 'Cvetkova pijaca'. From there you can easily find Suboticka street.
If you are coming by plane, and you don't wish to come by taxi, take the bus that will get you to the 'Slavija' square, and from there you can take any public trolleybus (any number) that is going to the opposite direction from the city center. You should take off at 7th station after the 'Slavija' square, and then you will be able to easily find our apartment using the same map.
If you decide to come from the airport by taxi (which is by the way, in general, not very expensive) you should take 'Beotaxi', calling it at number 9801. It only costs 10 Eur to get you from the airport to anywhere in the city.
