Superior Rooms
The 48 Superior Rooms are spacious with either two queen-size beds, or one king-size bed. The combined living and sleeping space opens onto a large balcony, perfect for lounging. Each room has a lovely garden view with some offering a partial ocean view.
Deluxe Rooms
These 11 Deluxe rooms feature chic, stylish and contemporary furnishings. Airy and spacious with two queen-size beds, the combined bedroom and living room opens onto a large, oversized balcony view overlooking Eagle Beach.
Junior Suites
Our two Junior Suites are located on the second and third floors of the Bucuti Wing. Both face the ocean and have double balconies. Junior Suites have one bedroom with two queen beds and a second room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a couch.
Bungalow Suites
Located in a separate building near the pool, between the Bucuti and Tara Wings. The three bungalow suites consist of one "L" shaped room, with a King bed in the sleeping area, a kitchenette a dining table and a sofa sitting area
Tara Beach Suites
Stylish and romantic, all 36 Tara Suites are oceanfront with a separate sleeping and living room. The bedroom has a king bed, with a direct view of the beach and ocean. The living area has its own television, sofa sitting area, and a wet bar with fully stocked mini bar, mini fridge, microwave oven and coffee service and utensils for light snacks.
Tara Penthouse Suites
Our most luxurious and spacious accommodations feature panoramic views of Eagle Beach. The four Penthouse Suites have four-poster king beds with an oceanfront view, a modern version of the claw foot bathtub for romantic bathing, a living room & dining room with ocean views, plasma screen TV, full service kitchen, and personal desktop computer with broadband internet service.

Policies & Restrictions
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival incur 100% penalty (all room nights reserved). Holiday cancellations (for arrivals between December 20 and January 2nd) incur 100% penalty when cancelled within 45 days prior to arrival or less.
We are very strict with our cancel policy and will always charge, no matter the circumstances, therefore we highly recommend all our guests secure travel insurance to protect themselves. For more information, see Travel Insurance information.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENT:
Minimum stay requirements apply to some dates. You will be informed at the time of booking if a minimum stay applies to your dates
Your credit card must be valid for your booking dates. If you do not have a credit card, we require a check/cash deposit equal to three room nights and tax/service at time of booking.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend all guests to protect themselves from losses due to last minute cancellations or no-shows. Because we are a small, independently owned business, and have high demand, we are not flexible when it comes to collecting fees for last minute cancellations and no-shows. Please read our policy carefully and consider contacting your insurance agent for travel insurance. The following two insurance companies were recommended by the Wall Street Journal "Smart Money" January 2002 issue:

Rates quoted for a $3,000 trip, Access American charges $79 to $342 depending on your age. Travel Guard charges $173 to $565 (please call for current rates).

Bucuti does not have any facilities for children and we do not recommend our resort for families. Primarily our services are geared for couples on romantic getaways or those looking for peace and quiet. Because we are one of Aruba's smallest beach resorts located on 14 acres of beach, our atmosphere is very peaceful and you can enjoy a good deal of private space. All resorts in Aruba except Bucuti have programs and facilities for children.
Bucuti allows only one child per room (double queen bedded rooms only), with a maximum occupancy of 3 persons, regardless of age.
Starting December 23, 2010: While Bucuti has always had a highly restrictive policy regarding children, and only a handful of rooms accommodated one child, we will no longer accommodate children 18 and under in any room category.
Non Smoking Policy - Tara Wing
The Tara Beach Suites and the Tara Wing building public areas have a strict non-smoking policy and therefore smoking is prohibited. We also offer smoke free Bucuti Wing garden and oceanview rooms. In 2007, the Bucuti Wing will also become smoke-free. A fee of $250 USD cleaning charge will be charged to your account if we need to process the room when smoking has occurred during your occupancy. The fee pays for a team who will clean all the surfaces of the room, including walls, ceiling, furniture, fabrics and linens as well as replacing the printed materials, to eliminate smoke residue.
