Wells-Ogunquit Resort Motel and Cottages

Ogunquit and Wells is home to the largest stretch of natural white sand beach! Nearby are hiking and biking trails, nature walks, kayaking, paddling, fishing and whale watching tours. Plenty of shopping from antiques, flea markets to high quality artists, jewelry and clothing. Across the street from the resort is mini golf, go carts, maze and an arcade! The Motel is central to 7 restaurants all within walking distance.

The Wells-Ogunquit Resort Motel offers our famous Maine Picnic Breakfast -
a favorite of all our guests! Choose from a changeable variety daily- it is
free to all of our guests! Enjoy a relaxing meal with your family in our
picnic area. We will provide everything necessary for your dining
enjoyment: Barbecue grills, lobster pots, plates, utensils. All that you
need to do is provide your choice of food. We provide a fenced-in play area
for children under age four. The play area has a variety of toys in a soft
sand enclosure. Children are free to play under your supervision. We'll
even supply the play toys! Join us on Sunday Nights from the end of June
through August for a free outdoor family movie and popcorn. We take
requests!

Also available for weekly rentals are our Vacation Homes. 3 or 4 Bedroom homes set in residential areas, close to Wells Beach! These homes are available for shorter stays in shoulder seasons- these are perfect for couples traveling to see the foliage at the beach!

All Rooms include a picnic style breakfast served 8-10am, access to the heated saltwater pool and gas BBQ grills. Studios have 1-2 beds (fulls, Queens, Kings, or a combination), fridge, microwave, coffee maker with in room coffee, flat screen TV's with built in DVD players, hair dryers, table and chairs inside and outside the room Suites have 2 separate bedrooms and 3 beds, and also include larger coffee makers, toasters and iron/ironing boards.

Beach carts are available to rent for guests wishing to walk to nearby beaches, or take them on the trolley.

BBQ grills and all the pots/pans/tools/utensils/dishes/wine glasses needed, Guests rinse them off and bring them back to the office for staff to wash.

Front desk staff are locals to the area and are more than happy to offer ideas, directions, recommendations or place orders, reservations or secure tickets for guests.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in a covered area and is supplied with seating, tables and ash trays.

Sorry, no pets.

Renters must be over 21 for Motel rooms, and 25 for Vacation Home rentals.

Breakfast is served 8-10am, BBQ grills open 11am-8pm, Pool hours 930am-sundown.

1 Night deposit is required at booking to secure the reservation. Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Less than 7 days notice refunds are dependent on room re-rental and will include a $20 cancellation fee.

Our office is family run and closes at 9pm. Guests arriving late are asked to call to hear instructions on how to receive their key.

Directions to the Motel from the North: Take I95S South take Wells exit number 19. From the exit Rampgo left at the traffic light, Rte 109 Sanford Rd, Take 1st Right onto
Chapel Rd, follow until end, take right onto Rte 1 South, Motel is 2.5
miles is on left just after The Wine and Cheese and Wonder Mountain Mini
Golf.
Directions to the Motel from the South Take I95N North to Exit
number 7. York and Ogunquit bear Right then take a left at lights going
north on to US Rte 1 North For 10 miles. Motel is 2 miles from Ogunquit
Village on US rte 1 on the Right. 203 Post Rd,US RTE 1 Wells, Maine 04090.
