Our new apartment house is located on the corner of Metzer Strasse and Strassburger Strasse in Prenzlauer Berg on the boarder of Mitte, the most sought after neighborhood in Berlin. The area around the historic Water Tower and Kollwitzplatz is ideal for strolling through the quaint streets and abound with galleries, boutiques and independent shopping opportunities. At the end of a relaxed days sightseeing there are numerous restaurants and cafes where you can recharge your battery.
Just a few minutes away is Alexanderplatz and the TV tower as well as the UNESCO World Heritage site Museum Island. From there a leisurely stroll down the Champs d'Elysee of Berlin, Unter den Linden, will bring you to the Brandenburger Gate and the Reichstag.
The entire building was lovingly renovated in April of 2010, an elevator has been put in and the original details such as the double doors and hard wood floors were preserved. All 12 apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower and single beds in the bedrooms that can be connected to make double beds, as well as a TV and free wireless internet. Bed linens and towels are provided at no extra cost.

- Rates are excluding breakfast (our company does not offer breakfast service) and including taxes.
- For credit card payments there is an extra charge of 4[%]. For Maestro and cash payments there is no extra charge.
- There is a car park close to the apartment building (approx. 10€/day)
- Check-out time: 11:00, check-in time: 13:00 (other check-in times upon arrangments)
- Check-ins after 21:00 - 20 EU extra charge
- Baby cots, high chairs, dvd-players, fans, prepaid cellphones, irons, iron boards - upon request, no extra charge,
- Extra bed (only for the 2 bedroom apartments) : 15EU/night
- Laundry service in the office - upon request, no extra charge.
- Minimum 3 nights stay on Fridays and Saturdays.

From Alexander Platz take the U2 subway to Senefelder Platz. Take the exit the train was travelling from and walk 10 meters up the street in the direction the train was travelling to. Turn right onto Metzer Str., the building is 50 meters up the street, on the right hand side, on the corner with Straßburger Str.
