Located in the city centre, easily accessible by public transport, this little and elegant family-run residential, offers an intimate and economic accommodation, with functional rooms, simple and well equipped. It's location is it's ex-libris where the highlights are the proximity to subway stations (Marqu�s and Faria Guimar�es a few meters away), railway station and bus stops. Another relevant and positive point is an easy and quick access to all places of tourist interest and shopping centres (20 minutes walk from Ribeira and Port wine cellars). The airport is 14 km away.
All the rooms are equipped with flat screen TV set (satelite) with DVD, wireless internet, mini-bar refrigerator, private bathroom and some have balcony with view, all with heating, desk, hairdryer, safe, mini-bar refrigerator, alarm clock and bathtub or shower.
The residential has a lounge bar and breakfast room and reception 24 hours.
