It is only a few steps to great snorkeling in crystal clear water on a coral reef rich with marine life . For those seeking adventure, explore Aore Island by kayaks or mountain bikes, join a trek into the jungle, canoe to a Blue Hole, horse ride through the largest plantation in Vanuatu or go caving and canyoning . Scuba diving is world class and in house dive operation, Aore Island Dive gives you the option to vary your diving according to your interests and experience . With full personal service and boat dives on the famous ship wreck the SS President Coolidge, Million Dollar Point plus pristine coral reefs and walls . For non-divers take a snorkeling trip to the various reefs around Aore Island or try your luck fishing . The Resort has upgraded and refurbished their bungalows . The Studio Bungalows have been refitted with local timbers from Aore Island, all unique pieces made by the local Ni Vanuatu men trained by the resort as carpenters . Bathrooms have been renovated with new modern amenities . The One Bedroom Bungalows all have new roofs in local Natangora again retaining the natural setting of the resort . In 2009 the reroofing of the Studio Bungalows was completed . Sitting on the balcony of your bungalow, relaxing and taking in the views is a pleasant way to pass a few hours . The water can be heard lapping on the shore, local outrigger canoes pass by and the sound of the fish can be heard splashing in the water . Remarks:Transfers are AUD$30 Adults and AUD$12 Children under 12 for return airport transfers .
