Studio 4 is located in Lapad residential area. 3 kilometers from the Old Town, 10-15 minutes by bus.
The bus station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Distance from the beach is 10 a minute walk. It is fully equipped and has a nice relaxing garden.
Amenities include air conditioning, wireless Internet access, SAT TV, Hi-fi, kitchenette, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, one parking place...

You are obliged to leave the room or apartment you rented as you found it upon arrival - clean, tidy and undamaged. If there will be found extremely unclean apartment or house with more than one-day garbage in it, extra cleaning service will be charged €70.00
It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of accommodation into the house or apartment. In case unregistered persons or persons that are not announced during reservation are found in the room, the host has the right to cancel accommodation.

From the main bus station follow the coastline of the Gruz Port, when you come to the first traffic lights turn right, continue straight and then right at the second traffic lights. After 50 m turn right and follow the road until the next turn, turn right again, then go straight for 100 m and you're at the location of the apartment.
