We are a small Hotel with both Hostel/Dorm rooms and private rooms in a traditional Salvadoran house.
Our private rooms have AC, Cable TV, and Private Bath. The dorm rooms have a shared bath also with hot water. All of the hotel has free WiFi. We offer secure garage parking. Kitchen facilities are available to guests as is laundry for a small fee.
We are in an excellent area, across the street from the residence of the Mexican Ambassador and one block from the Hotel Crowne Plaza and the new Torre and Plaza Futura. There are excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The owners are a USA American (me), and his Salvadoran wife.
Colonia Escalon is a great location near restaurants, shopping centers, embassies and nightlife. We are one block down from the First Class Hotel Crowne Plaza & Torre Futura. Rrestaurants within easy walking distance are: La Ventana, Malibu Costa Brava, La Charrua, Tipicos Margot, Caliches, Barracuda, Kamakura, Restaurante 168 (comida china), Sei or Tenedor, Buffalo Wings, Coffee Cup, Zocalo, Viva Express, Bennigans, and many others. The Zona Rosa is close too. We are located across from street from the residence of the Mexican Ambassador on 85 Avenida Norte between Calle del Mirador (also known as 11 Calle Poniente) and 9 Calle Pte. Our location is a quiet and safe neighborhood.
