The Butterfly Inn

Arriving at The Butterfly Inn, you will be fascinated by the lovely tropical garden with 8 stand-alone bungalows. To suit the individual needs of our guests as good as possible, we offer two different room types. The comfort rooms include a modern private bathroom, a mini fridge and more luxurious patio furniture. All our bungalows wait for you with big rooms, a cupboard and a nice porch equipped with chairs and a table. Included in the room rate is also a delicious breakfast, consisting of fruits, egg, bread and a tea. If you wish you can also extend your meal plan to half-board or full-board and enjoy the local organic food of our chef.

Spending your day at the hotel, you can also use our clean swimming pool, the indoor stadium and the gym.

Directions

Starting at the airport you follow the Negombo Road till kilometer stone 55. On the Marawila Clock Tower turn right to the Nattandiya Clock Tower. After that turn left and follow the Dutch Canal for about four kilometers. Then on the left side you will see the Indoor Stadium of the Nattandiya International School as well as the entrance of The Butterfly Inn.

If you want to come by train, you can use the Chilaw Train at Colombo or Negombo which brings you directly to the Walahapitiya train station. Being there, you cross the bridge over the Dutch Canal and turn to the right. After a five-minute walk you will see the Indoor Stadium of the Nattandiya International School as well as the entrance of The Butterfly Inn on the left side of the road.
