On the other side- less than 2 km you visit the Baha'i Gardens and Shrine

Close to the center : Supermarket, post office , presents, bank etc) in front of the building : a public food store which is easy to get all kind of food.



Inside
The apartment is 41 sqm
It has 2 rooms : an inside bedroom with double bed ( 140*90) and a living room with two separated sofa beds . (there is a curtain between rooms i - not a door) + a wide kitchen + toalet with running hot water


Conditions
Reservation is for the whole flat per period (not a room no shared apartment )
The cost includes all taxes paid in US Dollars ,Shekekls ( not less than 4 shekels per dollar) or Euro , by the same rate,
Payment in cash money only , a recite is delivered , of course
Payment is at arrival no deposit is needed
The agreement is based on trust :
I keep the flat for reserves, and they are obliged to let me know on real time any change/delay of their plans

A peaceful neighborhood ( called:"Franch -Carmel"). The flat lays on the ground store with a small yard/garden .private entrance- The apartment is a part of a building which I am one of it's neighbors ,for any help if needed- like calls for taxi. ,needed information or else
The flat faces the natural green part of the area - opposite to the road and cars so very quite and relaxed.
There is a table and bank in the Yard to eat breakfasts and enjoy the nature voices and sights ,

Inside

Guests are getting a clean apartment/ durring their stay they are responsible for its order and cleanliness. For long stay , if needed , Ican help renting a paid cleaner

I will appreciate if:
1. No pets
2. No smoking in the apartment
3. Towels are foe home use only - please dont take it out
4. Do not use towels for the floor.Please take offlipstick and make up before using towels
5. Please dont eat/drink in Bed

Guests should call me before getting towards Haifa !

While staying there, I don't enter the apartment, respecting my guests privacy
unless Guests should call me to let me know when do the arrive s notifying ahead ( mostly for fixing or so)
