Coming to Lanagol is in many ways to move back 50 years in time. There is almost no traffic, with ducks and goats in the narrow alleys, and the women doing their daily chores, like doing dishes and laundry by the common tap.
You can visit his friends and relatives in a small village and explore the beautiful surroundings of Kirtipur municipality, walking along the rice fields passing small villages and temples. There is always something going on and something to explore along the way. Babu can arrange a variety of activities such as trekking the Himalayas, local village tours, exploring the many historical sights of Kathmandu, bungee jumping and river rafting. Babu is a certified guide and he can arrange for he or his staff to take you on a variety of adventures during your stay.

Langol is situated in Kirtipur municipality south of Kathmandu.
Getting there ...by bus
To get to Langol by bus you catch bus number 21 from the Kathmandu bus station. You get of in Kirtipur and from there it is a half-hour walk to Langol. If you come to visit we will arrange to meet in Kirtipur.
Getting there...by taxi
A taxi ride to Kirtipur should be about 1500 rupies from the airport. It is possible to go all the way to Lanagol. If you feel more comfortable, we can arrange to meet in Kirtipur or Babu can also arrange to have a private car pick you up from the airport at the same price.
