Himara Camping is situated in Himara, the heart of Albanian Riviera, in the bay of Prinos. It is just 5min walk from the center of the city where post office, banks and bus station are situated. It is only 7min drive to Ali Pashas fortress, in Porto Palermo, 10min from Himaras castle.
If you drive north of it, in 40 min you find Llogara mountain, 1650m above the sea, and the city of Vlora, second Albanian harbor. 50min drive south, Saranda and the unique archeological site of Butrinti.
Himara camping is a place of trees and herbs surrounded by a white stone and wood fence. We have 75 places for tents which are placed under trees and next to them stands an open field for campers (we provide water and electricity for them). There are 4 toilets and showers, and 24 hours water and electricity.
We have a small and modest restaurant where you can enjoy fresh local productions cooked in typical meals.
Our bar offers cool fresh drinks, and a lot a lot of raki.
We offer chase lounges for the beach which is just 20 meters across the street and we organize day tours, at the coast (different beaches and water sports, boat tours) and at the mountain (hiking, church and village visits).
You can easily rent a kayak to explore your self the coast, or bicycles for more in land adventures.

We are friendly to kids and animals.
If you are coming from north (Vlora), the bus will drop you off at the center of the town. You walk south direction, on the way to Saranda in an up hill pavement for 3 minutes and after that you will see the Prinos bay. Follow it's boulevard for 2 more minutes and you will see on the left side the sign Himara Camping. We are next to Dhima Hotel.
If you are coming from south, tell the bus driver to drop you of in Potam. Follow the asphalted street down for 30 seconds and you will see on your right the camping sign.
