We have six unique rooms for guests. They are located at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. Unfortunately no lift.
We have 3 rooms for 3 persons and 3 rooms for 2 persons (no bunk beds). We have a bed for your child below three years old. A bed can be used by 2 children up to 7 years old.
Every room has television, Radio, CD player, DVD and Video!
We provide towels and bed sheeting.
There are two shared bathrooms (with hairdryer). One room from 3 with a private bathroom. The dining room and the kitchen are located on the 2nd floor, below a century old wooden roof without a single nail. The rooftop terrace and garden are available to the guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used by all our guests. Every morning, there is a self-service breakfast available. So you can get out of bed and have breakfast when it suits you best. The breakfast is available until noon.
In the sitting room there is a PC with internet. WIFI internet in the room is 4€ per night.

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before the arrival.
Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Check In: 2.00 pm
Check Out: 11.00 am

Every guest will need a valid passport or identity card, to be shown at check in.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
We can offer you a parking place at 10€ per night.
You always have to pay for parking in the centre of town or use a blue parking disk (max 2h), except on sunday. there is free parking outside the city.
It is prohibited to smoke anywhere in or around the house.
By car:
From Brussel or Luik/Liege/Lutich:
E40, in Bertem take direction Leuven, Genk Hasselt and follow E314 direction Hasselt, then exit 17 (Winksele) Take right in the direction of Leuven until you reach the roundabout. You are very close but to park you need take right, until you reach the traffic lights where you turn left and immediately left again where you can park at the square (St Jacobsplein). You walk straight on in the Kruisstraat, which is on the left side of the St Jacob church. B&B St Jacob is on the corner of the Kruisstraat and the Brusselsestraat.
By foot from the centre and the railway station:
In front of the station take the Bondgenotenlaan and at the end go left from the St. Pieters Church and continue 10 minutes strait on in the Brusselsestraat until you see left of you the St Jacob church. It is on the next corner on your left.
By bus from the train station:
Take the bus (different numbers, every 5 minutes) direction 'Gasthuisberg' at the train station. You can get off the bus stop 'St Jacobsplein', which is 200m from the B&B. You walk in the direction of the church, straight on in the Kruisstraat, which is on the left side of the St Jacob church.
