This renovated 1950's building has 4 modern and very comfortable studios, with TV and free WI-Fi access. Bed linen and towels are included in price.
Square Studio (2 rooms): suitable for 4 people, with 2 single beds (that can become 1 double bed) and in the other room there is a bunk bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a wc with hydro-massage cabin
Balcony Studio (1 room): suitable for 3 people, it has 2 single beds (that can become 1 double bed) and a sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a wc with hydro-massage cabin
Loft Studio (1 room): suitable for 2 people, this audacious studio has a loft double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a wc with hydro-massage cabin
Lounge Studio: (2 rooms): suitable for 4 people, with 4 single beds, lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen and a wc with hydro-massage cabin
We can also provide other services:

Cancellation Policy: 2 days before the arrival.
Minimum Stay: 3 nights.

We don't have 24h staff. Costumers must inform us until 48 before the arrival about the estimated time of arrival to the property.
Check out: 12.00 noon.
Method of Payment upon the arrival: Cash only.
Breakfast is not included.

Some studios are not suitable for children.
Pets are not allowed.
Customers must specify a valid phone number (including country code) for contact during the stay.
Silence time for respect, requested from 11.30 pm until 8.00 am.
From the airport:
Take the metro until the Trindade station, and there change train from the Purple line (E) to the Yellow line (D), direction Sto Ovadio. Get off the metro in the Aliados station. Cross the Aliados avenue to the other side and then take Rua de Ceuta (Ceuta street) until ist end (200 mts)
Turn left on Rua Jose Falca and after 50 mts turn on the fist right - Rua da Fabrica. After 40 mts you'll find a small square Largo Moinho de Vento. Our building is located on the front - right of the square, in Rua de Sá de Noronha n. 93.
From the S. Bento train station:
Outside the station turn right and go to the Aliados avenue; cross it to the other side and go up until you find the crossing with Rua de Ceuta.
Then, follow the instructions above.
