The Toronto self catering two bedroom holiday apartment is one of the newest in the market! Each bedroom has two double beds each. Bedsheets, linen and blankets are provided.
In the spacious living room that is connected to the dining and kitchen area you will find two comfortable sofa beds. Also you will find a modern flat screen television to watch all your favorite shows, that's if you have time of course.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed for a well assisted meal for your friends or family. As well as a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a gas stove with oven, coffee maker and cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a bathtub, large shower area and sink and toilet in a separate room. Towels will be provided.
This apartment is perfect for groups or a family wanting to indulge in everything Amsterdam has to offer. This apartment is a very accessible and modern one.

Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00 pm
Check-out 11:00 am
Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash and credit card.
Smoking is allowed.

Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:
Cleaning Fee - 40 euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10 am - 3 pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
You'll receive directions once a confirmed booking have been made.
