Punto Verde has dormitory style beds whilst also offering a separate private hut for couples . Our prices include breakfast , with tea or coffee. WIFI is available to guests, as are the cooking facilities.
The gem of Punto Verde is without a doubt the view overlooking the beach and the town. Facing the beach, our large windows allow natural light to stream into the open-plan living area. This creates a peaceful and relaxing area for our guests.
Punto Verde is situated about a 5 minutes walk from the busy centre.
With Punto Verde you are in walking distance from the beach, parties and shops, whilst happily escaping any noise or crowds from town.

From Airport:
From Guyayquil airport you can walk 500m to the bus Terminal or take a taxi which cost no more than $3. From here you can take a direct bus to Montanita 8an, 1pm and 5pm.
Ask to be dropped off at the junction north of Montanita as the main highway splits to Olon. There you will see Punto Verde on the right hill. Walk 200 meters towards Olon on the highway, take the first driveway on the right with the sign for Punto Verde. Follow the driveway up the hill and here you will find Punto Verde.
Second Alternative is taking a bus from Guayaquil to Santa Elena, departing every hour approx $4 then take a bus from Santa Elena to Montanita approx $3.
By Bus: From Guyayquil bus terminal you can take a direct bus to Montanita 8am, 1pm and 5pm. You can ask to be dropped off at the junction north of Montanita. As the main highway splits, walk 200 meters towards Olon on the highway, take the first driveway on the right with the sign for Punto Verde.
Follow the driveway up the hill and here you will find Punto Verde.
Second Alternative is taking a bus from Guayaquil to Santa Elena, departing every hour approx $4 then take a bus from Santa Elena to Montanita approx $3
By Car: If you arrive into Montanita from the south follow the road through Montanita over the bridge towards the junction as the road splits to Olon, follow the main road to Olon take your first right 200m from the junction with the sign post for Punto Verde at the driveway. Follow the driveway up the road and it is the house at the end of the driveway.
By Taxi:
Please include Taxi fare. From Guayaquil airport you can take a taxi or combi to Montanita from $35 minimum to $80. Taxi from Montanita will cost you $2
