Bedrooms for rent in townhouse. Have 2 types of bedroom big furnished one 18 m2 with a/c 500B daily and little with fan 5 m2 200-300B daily. Shared bathroom on the floor. Tailor, Laundry on 1st floor

I would like to explain my idea one more time. I try not to change Thai style of the house, the house is very modest and i live here myself with my dog and parrot. The entire house inside area is made in Thai-style; it is nothing posh and modern.

Home Terms,
a) Check out time 12:00, late check-out available for additional fee.
b) Room price includes 2 people, any extra person have to pay extra person charge.
c) Smoking area is in front of the building, not in the room.
d) If laundry is required, Lessee can use House laundry for an additional fee or any other laundry around, self-making laundry in the common bathroom and drying are not allowed.
e) Kitchen area and all kitchen services are not available.

How to reach us from Bangkok International Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)

By taxi (approximate price 500 baht)
Public Taxi counter is located on Level 2 - Arrivals, near entrances 3, 4, 7 and 8.Taxi fare is metered taxi fare plus 50 Baht airport surcharge, and express way fees, if applicable.

On Level 2 - Arrivals, near entrances 3, 4, 7 and 8 of the airport there is a special place for pick up by taxi (there are pointers in airport building)
There is a counter with Thai ladies whom you should tell the address or just show a map (print), they will choose a driver for you and give you a paper (this means you have to pay the driver 50 baht extra airport charge). You have to follow the driver. Every taxi has a taxi-meter special machine which counts how much you have to pay in the end of the trip, it is located in the centre of the front panel. If the taxi driver don’t turn it on just remind him to do it. On the way to the center of Bangkok the taxi passes 2 turnpikes for which you have to pay (totally 70+30=100 baht). At the end of the trip taxi meter will show you how much you should pay (should add 50 baht for airport charge). If you want to tip the driver the usual tip size is 20-50 baht.

By city transportation utilities (total price 200 baht per 1 person)

1. Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link (operates daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12 midnight, trains depart every 15 minutes, price is 150 bath approximately)

On Level 1 - Ground Level in the right side (should pass exit 3) there is an Airport Rail Link station. You should take a token to Phaya Thai station (can do in token machine as same as in a cash window).

2. Bangkok Transit System – BTS (operates daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12 midnight, trains depart every 3-8 minutes, price is 40 bath approximately)
On Phaya Thai (N2) station you should interchange to BTS system. Tickets (card) to Asoke (E4) station can be purchased in the ticket machine which takes 10 and 5 bath coins only (you can change coins in the window). Go to the platform which points “To Bearing”.

3. Mass rapid transit – MRT (operates daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12 midnight, trains depart every 3-8 minutes, price is 20 bath approximately)

At Asoke (E4) station you should interchange to MRT system. Follow the pointer MRT (metro). Use a token machine to purchase a ticket to Lumpini station. Go to the platform which points “To Hua Lamphong”.

At Lumpini station go to exit 1, and follow the map (print), or either take a bike which cost 20 baht or walk.
