Located just 2 blocks west of the posh Ritz Carlton Hotel , and 2 blocks east of the ultra-chic Thompson Hotel, we overlook a beautifully restored park in prime downtown Toronto. Whether your thing is shopping, entertainment, food, or sightseeing, find the best the city has to offer within a few minutes of our front door.
Our brand new guest reception and lounge is the perfect place to read a book or mingle with other guests. Enjoy views of the park as you sip on a complimentary tea.
If you're a gourmet at heart, our fully appointed chef's kitchen is at your disposal. Prepare a full course meal or just some mac n' cheese - a great variety of supermarkets and specialized food shops are located nearby.
Savour a freshly baked croissant with your morning coffee at Le Neuf Cafe, our newly opened french cafe that's receiving stellar reviews. Guests are entitled to a discount on food or beverages, including savoury quiche, sandwiches, pastries and coffee.

Shuttle Bus from the airport:
Take the Downtown Express shuttle bus to the 'Hyatt Regency Toronto (King)' stop. Walk south along Peter Street (Blue Jays Way) for one block to Wellington Street. Turn right (west) on Wellington Street and look for the park. We are located on the right (north) side of the park. Total walking time is only about 3 minutes.
From the bus station (Toronto Coach Terminal):
Take the 6 Bay Street bus south to King Street and request a transfer ticket. On King Street, show your transfer and take the 503, 504 or 508 streetcar (tram) west and get off at Spadina Avenue. From here walk one short block south along Spadina until you reach Clarence Square (hint: look for a PETRO CANADA gas station). We are located on the north side of the park.
From the Train Station (Union Station): Walk north along York Street for one short block to Wellington Street. Turn left (west) on Wellington Street and continue walking along Wellington for about 10 minutes until the road ends and you reach a park. We are located on the right (north) side of the park.
Driving from Niagara Falls:
Take the QEW and follow the signs for Downtown Toronto (once in Toronto, the QEW changes into the Gardiner Expressway). Exit the Gardiner Expressway at Spadina Avenue. Go north along Spadina for 3 blocks until you reach Clarence Square (hint: approx. 100 metres north of Front Street). Turn right on Clarence Square and follow this road as it loops around the park. We are located on the north side of the park.
Driving from the airport or Detroit/ Windsor:
Follow the signs for Highway 427 Southbound. Exit the 427 to the QEW eastbound (once in Toronto, the QEW changes into the Gardiner Expressway). Exit the Gardiner Expressway at Spadina Avenue. Go north along Spadina for 3 blocks until you reach Clarence Square (hint: approx. 100 metres north of Front Street). Turn right on Clarence Square and follow this road as it loops around the park. We are located on the north side of the park.
Driving from Montreal: Take the 401 westbound toward Toronto. Once in Toronto, take the Don Valley Parkway (DVP) southbound. Exit at Richmond Street and drive west along Richmond (this is the only direction you can go). Follow Richmond for about 2 kilometers to Peter Street. Turn left on Peter. Follow Peter to Wellington Street. Turn right on Wellington. We are located on the north side of the park.
