Apartment Rooms In Center Of Prague (old Town)

I have on offer private rooms in a 3 bedroom apartment, or the entire apartment. Each room can be rented out for 29 Euro per night. The rooms contains 2-3 single beds, or a double bed, or a double and a single, depending on what you need. One has a loft which can sleep another person comfortably. If you have more than 3 people, I do have two other rooms in the same apartment which might be available (just ask).
The Location is between Old Town Square and Namesti Republiky. Within walking distance are all the interesting sites, restaurants, cafes, clubs, theaters, grocery store, non-stop convenient store, and much more. The airport shuttle bus stops close to the apartment, and both the main train station and the main bus station are within walking distance (less than 10 minutes away)
There is a balcony attached to one of the rooms. There is plenty of storage space with a lock so you can leave your belongings in a safe place while you explore the city. The kitchen is fully-equipped, containing a stove, oven, sink, microwave, refrigerator, cooking supplies and utensils. The bathroom is broken up in to two rooms - one with a shower and another with the toilet. There are two washing machines and a large washing sink located in a separate room.
High-speed WIFI internet throughout. The building has an elevator. The main entrance and apartment use fancy high-security keys. The apartment is quite international. I keep it clean and fully stocked as much as possible. I offer free maps for all my guests. Additionally, you can book walking and biking tours straight from the apartment. If you need to borrow anything, I am just upstairs.

The address is Beneditkska 8. My first suggestion is to carry a map with you because the streets in Old Town are curvy. If you can find your way to the tram stop Dlouha Trida, you're practically there. The flat is on the next street over. You can walk around or you can go through the passageway between buildings directly in front of the tram stop.
Coming from the Metro: the closest metro station is Namesti Republiky on the Yellow B line. If you're coming from there, make sure to follow the signs to Namesti Republiky when you get off the metro, not towards massarykovo nadrazi. When you emerge, look for the bank CSOB with a blue sign. Walk past it. You'll see a grocery store called Albert, which is located in the basement of the shopping mall Kotva. The flat is located behind the Kotva shopping center. There is a passageway in the corner which you can walk through. Look for a pizza/gyro place. If you pass a casino and a bakery in the passageway, you're heading the right way.
From the bus station/metro Florenc: buy a one-way tram ticket and take the number 8 tram heading west to the stop Dlouha Trida 3 stops, or walk 5 minutes to the address. Follow the directions above.
From the main train station Hlavni Nadrazi: buy a one-way tram ticket and take the number 26 tram heading north to the stop Dlouha Trida or simply walk 7 minutes to the address. I highly recommend having a map in this case because there are many short streets with weird names.
From the airport: Take the Airport Express Bus to the stop Massarykovo Nadrazi. You can walk from there or take the 5, 24, or 26 tram two stops to Dlouha Trida. If you walk, as soon as you get off the bus, cross the street and go back the direction the bus took. You will have already passed Namesti Republiky and Dlouha Trida. The best way to do it is to remember when you cross over the river and then retrace the direction of the bus. Don't worry, there are tram tracks and there's really only one or two places where you would even have to turn.
