Linnaeustraat Horizon is a spacious 2 bedroom vacation apartment accommodates up to 15 people. Ideal for a large family or group. The lovely Oosterpark is also close to the apartment where you can escape from the bustle and take a breather.
Living Area:
A spacious living room with sofas and flat screen tv.
This room has also been set up for use as a third bedroom with 2 sofa beds.
Kitchen:
The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, stove, dish washer, toaster kitchen utensils and cutlery for you to feel like at home.
Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)
There is one double bed and 6 singles . The singles can be turned into doubles on request
Two of the bathrooms have bathtubs with shower, one of them has a toilet.
There is a third bathroom with just a shower and wash basin.
There is also a separate toilet to provide privacy needed.
As an addition, the apartment comes with a washer and dryer and Wi-Fi etc.
All linens and towels are provided .
PLEASE NOTE: The balcony you can see in the pictures is not in use and is closed off.
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm - 10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
-In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.

Check- out by 11:00
Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash & credit card
You will receive directions once a confirmed booking has been made.
