How to get there?
From the Carrasco International Airport you can take a cab, it will cost about $500 (20 dollars); or if you prefer, you can take a bus, anyone that goes to the 'Tres Cruces' bus station.
From the 'Tres Cruces' bus station you can take buses 300 and 407. Both of them have the bus stop in the main entrance of the station, on Boulevard Artigas street, the ticket will cost you $19 (1U$S) and it will take you 5 minutes to get there. You will have to get off the bus in the corner of Gonzalo Ramirez and Jackson streets.
From the bus stop you have to walk down through Jackson street until almost get to the beach. If you prefer to take a cab it will cost you about $80 (U$S 4).
From Montevideo's port you can take a cab for $100 (U$S5). If you prefer to go by bus you will have to walk 200 meters until the corner of Cerrito y Guaran steets, and take the bus 117; you will get off in the corner of Gonzalo Ramirez and Jackson streets. From there you will have to walk only 260 meters down through Jackson street until almost get to the beach. The cost of the ticket is $19 (1U$S).
