This retreat will cover the Wudang Five Animal Qi gong system an age old wellness tradition that has been maintained by the mystical monks of the Wudang mountain for centuries. It nourishes the internal organs and facilitates vital functions critical for health and wellness. Through consistent practice, this system has the capacity to reverse sickness and disease as well as improve the quality of life for those that already enjoy good health.
This special opportunity will take place at Palos Studios and Casa Alexandra, a 7 bedroom villa in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, MX. Casa Alexandra is the perfect location to experience the healing process. You can meditate under the stars, take a peaceful walk on the beach, dine at one of the many exquisite restaurants or visit the finest galleries near Casa Alexandra. On this retreat you will have the freedom to explore Puerto Vallarta's culture while working on your spiritual health and wholeness.
