Activity/Tour

Experience a day of stylish Barossa Valley touring in one of our rare, classic 1962 Daimlers. Our exclusive tours are conducted by John Baldwin, a wine specialist tour guide who has extensive local knowledge and a great ability to recognise an individual's wine tastes. Our tours are of the highest quality and we are able to design the days outing to suit you. Enjoy the history, culture and sightseeing ,plus cheese and produce tastings can all be included. Visit the large iconic wineries such as Penfolds, Jacobs Creek or Yalumba or if boutique wines are for you, Henschke, Torbreck and Langmeil can be included. Touring with John, ensures VIP service at all cellar doors and often the chance to meet the wine makers if they are in-house. Johns quirky sense of humour and love of entertaining people makes the day a very memorable experience.

Barossa Daimler Tours began in 1994 with 2 classic 1962 Daimler Majestic Majors and a goal to look after the discerning wine tourist. Many accolades and awards later, John Baldwin still has the passion he loves to share and a modern 7 seat Mercedes Viano has been added to the fleet. The June/July 2009 publication of Australian Traveller has listed Barossa Daimler Tours as no 2. in Australia's Top Tours. Come touring with John and experience this great day in our beautiful wine country.
