Learn Spanish quickly in Tulum, Mexico. It's guaranteed! Spanish classes, optional homestays with local Mexican families, weekend cultural excursions, and extra-curricular activities are all part of our "Ultimate Spanish Immersion and Cultural Program".
Typical Day
New classes begin each Monday throughout the year and students may study for as many weeks as they like. Placement in a small study group is determined by a proficiency test and interview given by the director first thing Monday morning.
Weekday Spanish classes begin at 8:00 am and end at 1:00 pm, with small breaks for snacks and relaxation with other students. This leaves the afternoon free for the beach, sightseeing and the school's afternoon activities including optional yoga classes.
Age range, type of group
Spanish immersion classes are available for all ages, nationalities and Spanish levels (we even have very beginning Spanish classes). A kid's program called Sammye offers families a fun learning vacation.
Sleeping and meals
Mexican host families can be arranged for you by Instituto Chac-Mool, including private rooms, private or shared bathrooms, and 3 daily meals. Vegetarian meals are provided upon request. Tulum also offers many vacation rentals, hotels and hostels.
Policies & Restrictions
Children 4-12 years old are welcome in the Sammye program for kids, but only when a parent also attends Spanish classes at the school.
Rates
2013 tuition for adult classes is $280 per week. There are discounts for studies 5 weeks or longer, or for groups traveling together. There is a $100 life-time registration fee required. The registration fee is good for our Cuernavaca campus as well as our Tulum school.
Registration fees reserve your space and all other fees are paid once you arrive in Mexico

The school is located in Tulum pueblo south of Cancun and Playa del Carmen and not far from the beach.

Registration fees are life-time fees so once paid you can return again and againwithout incurring another charge. Study for 5 weeks and receive a 7% tuition discount.
