We allocate University students during the year so we don't have year rating but every summer lots of clients enjoy our hall.
Newly built and surrounded by attractive landscaped areas, the Residencia Universitaria Sarrià is open to both men and women. The residence can accommodate 316 students in completely furnished single or double rooms with private baths, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, Internet WIFI, fridge, sports center, and connections for PCs.
Near Barcelona´s center, the Residencia Universitaria Sarrià is surrounded by forests and greenery. Its privileged location in a quiet smog-free part of town allows you to enjoy the open air without missing out on the excitement and conveniences of living in a big city.

Just twenty minutes from the airport, The Residencia Universitaria Sarrià is located in Can Caralleu, adjacent to the Parc de L´oreneta, with access to Exit 9 on the Ronda ring-roads.
