The villa is located in the natural reserve of Punta Campanella, which is situated at the end of the peninsula of Sorrento. In only few steps, you will be surrounded by the "Macchia Mediterranea" and arrive to spectacularly panorama points. The village Termini, is approximately 800 meters away, there are grocery stores, restaurants, bars and the bus stop. A small steeply falling footpath leads to a beautiful bay (shingle beach), which is about 700 meters from the house.

A beautiful, groomed villa with a small garden, which is planted with tropical ornament plants and flowers. The big terrace, that extends around the house, is equipped with garden furniture and invites to relax. From the terrace, you will have a beautiful view to the world-famous island Capri and the gulf of Naples.
Through a private gate you come to the house, where you find a big living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the kitchen and the living room you can go to the big terrace. The apartment is tasteful and comfortable furnished.

There is a big bedroom with a double, a single bed and a cot, a little bedroom with two single beds. In the house can be sleep 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and the other with a bath tub.
