It's perfect to enjoy the silence of Italian countryside and for nature lovers but also for people who like to make daily trips towards the charming Tuscan and Umbrian cities of art that are easily reachable from Città di Castello.B&B Il Borghetto di Pedana is situed in the Upper Tiber Valley Area, near to the wild and wonderful hilltops of Umbria and Marche.Città di Castello area is at the northest part of Umbria and it's extremely influenced by all the regions nearby: Marche and Tuscany above all. It's about 35 km strip, where "you experience with a land not so real, quite fantastic, painted by the best paintbrush" as Plinio The Young wrote in a letter where explained his admiration for Upper Tiber Valley countryside.
Accommodations
"Il Borghetto di Pedana" is an ancient stone-farmhouse of an old village: a rural house with its small church too. It has been recently restored on the full respect of the typical umbrian-tuscan house, maintaining the outside original style of the ancient farm house. Surrounded by trees, cultivated hills with wheat, olive trees and vineyard, it represents the typical umbrian farmhouse, set on a hilltop with a beautiful panoramic view on the surrounding countryside.

The farmhouse, very well furnished with style pieces, is composed by 3 (three) apartments, each one independent and with a magnificent view over the surrounding valley. Two of them have the possibility to be connected according to needs of the clients through an opening door on the lounges. All apartments have their own entrance have been furnished with style and care taken on the choice of each detail and they have private outside spaces. Gas central heating.
