Our new apartments are located in a residential area next to the commercial and business area, cinemas, shopping centre, swimming pool etc. The Historic Old Town (city center) is 6 km away, easy to reach thanks to the frequent bus service (bus stop in front of the house).
All the apartments are independent with their own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, private parking, they are located within a private area with their private car parking.
Buses to and from the city are every 30 mins. Ticket is only 1 euro.

By bus: from Perugia train station take bus A or B direction Castel del Piano, get off at Strozzacapponi, ask the driver for 'SGREVI centro espositivo' bus stop, we are the first building in front of the bus stop.
By car: motorway A1, exit 'Perugia centre - Madonna Alta' and follow Via Pievaiola direction Citta' della Pieve for 2 km up to Strozzacapponi, we are opposite of 'SGREVI centro espositivo' in the main street (Via Pievaiola).
