Lugaris Sea The Home Concept is situated next to Bogatell Beach . We have front desk offering FREE check in until midnight for your confort and assistance 24 hours . Apartments are 5-minute walk from Poblenou Metro Station and 2-minutes walk from Poblenou Park . The area offers plenty of bars, restaurants, and a shopping center . Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas in central Barcelona can be reached in around 20 minutes by metro . Lugaris Sea Apartments feature contemporary design and floor-to-ceiling windows with free high speed internet . The private kitchen is equipped with an oven, Nespresso machine, and fridge . Each unit also has a living room, flat-screen TV with international channels and washing machine . They include a welcome pack with basic things for the first days such as tabs for dish washer and washing machine and some sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, coffee, tea and milk . Facilities at the Lugaris Sea include a tour desk shuttle service and babysitter service, which are available upon request and for an additional cost . Bed linen and towels are provided . They can also rent sunbaths and beach towels for an additional cost . Parking is available at an extra charge . Guests should inform the property in advance of their expected time of arrival . Should the client fail to inform us of their arrival time, or should they be delayed in the previously confirmed arrival time, they must note that Lugaris will only answer the arrivals telephone until 01:00 . Check-ins from 00:00 and 08:00 incur an extra charge of EUR 30 . Check-out: the maximum time for check-out is 11:00 . On leaving the apartment, clients should leave the keys in our box office located at C/ De Vidal i de Valenciano, 14 . The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a perfect state of repair .
