In a typical palace of the XVIth century, 100 mt away from the worldwide famous Piazza San Marco, the flat Happy Venice will welcome you in the heart of the city life. Composed by 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, the apartment has been completely renovated on 2006 with precious and modern furniture.
A comfortable living-room will be able to relax you, looking out the little balcony with the view on the canal, where gondolas pass silently.
The apartment is at the first floor and it has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, micro-oven and washing machine.
Please note:
We have 15 days cancellation policy. In case of late cancellations or No Shows we will charge you the 30% of the full stay.
We accept cash and Credit Card payments on arrival.
Check in: from 11:00 until 20:00 (after 20:00 you will have to pay a fee of 50 Euros)
Check out: 10:00
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Breakfast is not included but you will find tea, coffee and sugar in the apartment.
Taxes are not included
Air conditioning: 7,00 per night
Wi-fi: 3,00 per day
By plane:
from Marco Polo airport you can easily reach Venice in 20 minutes by taking the shuttle or ACTV buses that will take you to Piazzale Roma. From here you can then take the vaporetto line n 1, 2, 4.1, 5.1 that will take you in about 20 minutes to the stop of San Marco or San Zaccaria.
Otherwise, you can catch the Alilaguna boat, blue line, that will bring you directly Saint Mark's Square in about 1 hour 20 minutes.
By train:
the apartment is only 20 minutes away from Santa Lucia railway station with the vaporetto lines n 1, 2, 4.1, 5.1 (stop of San Marco or San Zaccaria).
By bus or by car:
if you come in Venice by bus or by car you must stop at Piazzale Roma. The apartment can then be reached by following the above directions for the vaporetto.
