Each Villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people, there is an additional pull out sofa sleeper in each Villa if required. If both villas are rented together, Paradise Tropical Spice is the perfect location for celebrations and large family reunions sleeping up to 14 guests.

Each villa has a large sunny living room and dining area with great views of the Caribbean Sea. The property features a large shared family size swimming pool. Guests return time and time again for that affordable, tropical home away from home Caribbean vibe and the delicious fresh Jamaican cuisine prepared by our cook.

During your stay you will have continued access to our private beach and the attention of our full time housekeepers, who maintain the Villas and manage laundry. The Villas each have 3 bedrooms, two Master Suites with cable TV. The living room couches also pull out to make further bedding. Each bedroom is air conditioned for your added comfort. The Villas are located next to Breezes resort, so you may also enjoy their facilities by purchasing a day pass if required.

Paradise Tropical Spice Villas also offers an avsolutely free basic complimentary wedding package - Weddings are conducted on our private beach front setting for a minimum of 7 nights stay for couples who just want to get married in the sunshine by the sea.

The basic Wedding Includes: Marriage license and officiate, all legal processing of documents prior to wedding Certified marriage certificate, one tier wedding cake, Candle lit beach front dinner for 2, One keepsake photograph.

We can also offer 4 additional packages if you want that added elegance and WOW factor for your guests. Each package offers you the peace of mind of a Wedding Coordinator who will work in partnership with you to manage your services and the overall day and take away the stress away.

Your days can be spent in any number of ways, such as relaxing in a tree shaded hammock at the ocean side with your favourite book or exploring the coral reef. Numerous water sports, including superb scuba diving, fine snorkelling, deep sea fishing, yacht tours and other activities are available at an additional cost.

Heading from Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay. Take the left turn at the 'Welcome to Montego Bay' sign, continue straight pass the UWI Western Jamaica Campus. Continue straight pass the Ironshore Fire Station, Blue Diamond Shopping Centre, Montego Bay Convention Centre. Continue pass Salt Marsh, along the Falmouth Main Road, along Corral Spring Road and continue pass Duncan's. Continue along Rio Bueno Main Road pass Puerto Seco Beach Park then along Runaway Bay Main Road. Paradise Tropical Spice is the next left Jewel Runaway Bay.
