This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona touristic area offering visitors a comfortable stay with a great convenient location.
The 100 m2 modern apartment is in excellent condition and has just been new furnished. You can enjoy the apartment's new furniture and modernistic style. There are 2 bedrooms both with large double beds and clothes closets and one small bedroom with bunk beds for 2 people. (All bed linens and towels included!) Each room has exterior windows for natural light or fresh air. The apartment living/dining is very spacious and full of natural light. There are table and chairs for 6 and 2 large comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking range, microwave, fridge and all cooking and eating utensils. And to add to the comfort there are 2 bathrooms one with shower and the other with tub/shower. This self catering apartment is very well furnished for a comfortable private stay.

Situated on the top floor of a 5 story building will keep you shining with natural light and the reduced the street noise from below. Apartment Conditions
Minimum stay: (3 nights)
No reception area!!! (The management office hours are everyday from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you call us when you arrive in Barcelona, and before you arrive to the apartment to receive your exact check in time.)

Early check outs before 09:00 am cost 35 euros
No luggage Storage: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the Sants train station or the Nord bus station.)
Cash on arrival:(The remaining balance is due on arrival in cash euros only! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)
48hrs. Cancellation policy: (Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.)
Cleaning fee: (There is a one time final cleaning fee of 60 euros.)
Security deposit: In the Private studio apartment a 300 euro security deposit is required. This is 100% refundable.
METRO: Drassanes or Liceu (Green Line, L3) FROM Barcelona Airport:
Opt. 1) Take a Taxi directly to the apartment. Tell the driver La Rambla con Escudellers and show them the address. The driver will leave you on the corner of La Rambla and Escudellers. Walk approx. 50 meters/150ft. down the street Escudellers to the second street on your left. This is Vidre Street and number 7 is on the right side. (The Taxi ride is approx. 30 min. and costs approx. 25 euro.) Opt. 2) Take the Aerobus to Plaza Cataluyna. From Plaza Cataluyna take the metro from Cataluyna (Green Line, L3) to Drassanes then walk ?UP?
La Rambla to the street Escudellers. Escudellers street will be on your right side. There will be a café named COSMOS at the entrance of the street Escudellers. (This will take about 1 hr. The Aerobus ticket cost 4.5, metro ticket 1.5)

Opt. 1) Take the bus to from the airport to Estacop del Nord (Nord Bus Station) in Barcelona. Then take a Taxi to the apartment. Tell the driver La Rambla con Escudellers and show them the address.
