This spacious 2 story apartment (Duplex) has been nicely refurbished preserving the ancient architecture, wooden ceilings, stone walls, spacious and comfortable. It has a large living room greets you on entering with an American kitchen and a balcony which looks onto the main street.
In the living room there are 2 large sofas, a wooden table, and bookshelves, satellite-TV, CD, air conditioning/heating and a ceiling fan.
The apartment has one private bedroom with twin beds, a large wardrobe and a ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom (with WC and basin).
Using the spiral staircase you get to the attic room and communal access to the terrace. This grand space has 4 single beds beds, and a nice view facing the terrace. It has a wardrobe, air conditioning/ heating, a ceiling fan. The terrace has 2 lounge chairs and garden furniture. The "Columbus statue" can be seen at the distance from this private chill-out area, where you can relax at the end of the day.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, coffee-machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board.
This apartment is is located just off the Ramblas, close to plaza Real and the Liceo Theater. This area is the heart of Barcelona, a modern, cosmopolitan, Mediterranean European city, where everybody is welcome, a Mediterranean city with a lively outdoor atmosphere.

25 euros (20:31 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:59 pm)

Early check out before 10:00 am cost 35 euros.
No luggage storage: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the Sants train station or the Nord bus station.)
Cash on arrival:(The remaining balance is due on arrival in cash euros only! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)
48hrs. Cancellation policy:(Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.)
Security deposit: (A 50 euros per person security deposit, minimum of 200 euros. This deposit is 100% refundable at check out.)
Additional guest: (2 additional guest are welcome to stay in the apartment. Each additional guest must pay 30 euros per night.)
Cleaning fee: (A 60 euro final cleaning fee is due at check in.)
The Rambla Gaudi duplex is located in the Gothic area, near Plaza de la Mercé (Barcelona's patron Saint), Plaza Real, Las Ramblas, El Borne, Barcelona Harbour - Port Vell and the leisure centre - Maremagnum.
METRO: Station Drassanes (Green Line | Number 3)
FROM BARCELONA AIRPORT:
By taxi (aprox. 25 euros) or take the AEROBUS to Placa Catalunya. Take the green metro line at Plaza Catalunya to LICEO metro station. Walk down Las Ramblas (direction port) pass by Liceo theatre and at 5 minutes walk you will get to Nou de la Rambla Street on the right NOU DE LA RAMBLA Nº 28.
FROM SANTS TRAIN/BUS STATION:
By taxi (aprox. 15 euros) Take the GREEN L-3 METRO to the station DRASSANES and go up Las Ramblas (mountain direction). Ask for Plaza Real. Nou de la Rambla Street is on the left.
TAXI:
For those taking a taxi, please tell the driver drop you to NOU DE LA RAMBLA Nº 28 street. There is a chemist at the bottom of the building.
