Residence Manassei is housed in a palace that dates back to 1200, which has been completely and tastefully restored.
The Residence is perfectly located in a charming and lively pedestrian area in the heart of the historical center of Prato, at two steps from the Duomo and among shops, food, cinemas, theatres, restaurants, etc., something that only a city centre can offer.
Residence Manassei offers 11 tastefully and completely furnished mini apartments, which can accommodate small groups or single clients.
Each room is equipped with fully furnished and thoroughly equipped kitchen corner; double bedroom with colour TV, internet connection and telephone; a/c and heating, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The rooms are located on three floors, all reachable by lift. On the upper floor there is a beautiful roof garden where guests can have a drink or relax enjoying an enchanting view of Prato with its old characteristic roofs.
Residence Manassei is mostly the real good alternative to Florence, as you can lodge at cheaper prices but visit it in a twenty minutes trip by train. Moreover it is reachable by car, as we are giving our clients a permit which allows them to get in the pedestrian area and park right in the closed streets, without any fee. It is also easily reachable by train, as the train station is located at 5 minutes walking.
Reception hours: 9.30-12.30 and 4.00-7.00 pm. Arrivals out the office hours are accommodated only by appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Charge: 1 night stay in case of no-show and in case bookings are not cancelled at least 3 days before.
Residence Manassei is reachable by car: driving on the Autostrada A1 (Autostrada del Sole), go out at Prato est. Follow directions to the centre and train station and follow signs for Residence Manassei. In case of road works on the way, please contact us and we will be pleased to direct you here in the easiest way possible.
If you arrive by train we recommend you to stop at Prato Porta al Serraglio as you can reach Residence Manassei in a 5 minute walk: Via Magnolfi, cross the Duomo square, enter in Via Mazzoni and after few meters turn in the first street on the right, Via Manassei.
