The B & B Gabriel La Rambla is a group of Italian/Spanish design Bed and Breakfast's located in the center of Barcelona near Las Ramblas. We have 3 different addresses then please to stay in contact with B&B Gabriel to have the correct address and to organize the check in and give to you the keys of the room and apartment. Please note that all B&B occupy the 3rd and 4th floors of buildings with no elevator, only the licensed tourist apartment has a lift. You will appreciate its friendly and homely atmosphere which differs from the usual hotel or other property.
Gabriel is the name of one of the founding members of the association who live and running the B&B along with Miss Michel, Miss Abina and Mister Astic, occasionally rent rooms and you feel to stay like home with use partially of the kitchen (8:00/13:00 15:00/23:00) full furnished, laundry (not free), wi-fi, a self service breakfast (in the kitchen to share with other guest and the owner: milk, sugar, cafe, Tee, salts, jam, margarine, some toasted-bread, cereals, biscuits, juice, some oil) As well as ensuring the daily cleaning of the entire shared areas. We give you a room, which is clean and has shampoo bed linen (100% cotton), pillows etc. provided. The first towel set/person is free. In the apartment you will find, hairdryer, iron etc, just like home. If you are Celiac with surcharge also gluten-free food. And a lot of restaurants and bars provide gluten free food.
Organization: We rent only private rooms max 3-4 rooms in each B&B associated are max 10 people and the Owner. Every public areas are cleaned daily from the Owner, but you have to clean what you use (especially your dishes and cups) please keep always the public areas clean (especial Bath and Kitchen)
Rooms 2-3-4-5-6- with shared bath (1 bath 7 people 2 bath 10 people) ; same rooms private bath outside; same rooms private bath inside (ensuite). There are 2 small rooms without window for 1 or 2 people one is with shared bath and one is with front door small private bath (it is really small but comfortable and private). Not all rooms have balconies. The double room has a double bed not twin bed. In the rooms are no TVs provided, but a table or desk, chairs, personal mini fridge, wardrobe or similar and mirror.
The negative point is that the rooms are facing the street outside, which is a bit noisy.

obbligatory to pay at the arrive turistic Tax 1 euro/person /day
obbligatory to pay at the arrive Contibucion Local cost: euro 10/ person/stay
Daily room cleaning service on requests: 10 euro per room.
extra Towels on request: 1 small + 1 shower towel 3Euro.
extra laundry on request: 10 euro 7 kg including washing powder and drying. We need 48 hours for the service. We don't accept at the last day.
obbligatory to pay at the arrive only for check in later after 21:00 cost 10 euro: then after 24.00 cost 20 euro . All check in not organized has extra charge 50 euro. Price for room and only one time.
on request check in early before 13:00 cost 30 euro
on request Check out after 11:00 am : 30-70 euro depend on the room
All people must pay a deposit of 100Euro per person. At new year holiday everyone has to leave a deposit.
lost keys are 50 euro each set of keys.

Check in & Check out:
Check in: the check in is at 15:00 but with a good organization you can arrive starting from 11:00 am (sunday and holliday time at 13:00pm) to leave luggage, then when the room is cleaned (max 15:00) you can use the room. We are a B&B. so we need to organize the check in time with your mobile number and flight detail. Then we send you an email with the exactly address where your room is located (don't forget that we have 4 B&Bs close to each other but with different addresses).

Special Conditions for SONAR 11.06-17.06 2012, Merce from Sept 17 to 26th and Xmas; From Dec 21st 2012 to Jan 9th 2013 Cancellation Policy 7 days in advance or B&B Gabriel will charge 4 nights

anyway the check in is always garanted if you send emil to gabriel with your mobil, time arriving and you will receive from Gabriel perfect informtion with the address and how to get easy the center of Bar
