Lovely panoramic three-family villa, surrounded near by (500 metres as the crow flies) from the beautiful Cala Sapone and a few minutes from other beaches.
This area boasts a wide range of typically Mediterranean natural habitats, most of which are still very much unspoilt.
The coast, edged by lagoons and pine forests where interesting botanical species and fauna dwell, is a continuous line of white beaches and rocks forming a sheer drop down to the crystal-clear sea below.
Inland, there are vast areas of Mediterranean copse and oak woods. There is also a rich archaeological heritage that includes settlements of the first inhabitants of the island, nuraghe, the typical Sardinian houses dating back to the Bronze Age and large Punic and Roman cities. Important industrial archaeological remains are to be found in the Iglesiente mining area that has been exploited since the Roman times and will give rise to the first Geomining Park in the world constituted under the patronage of UNESCO.
The villa consists of three separate and independent units (\'Ginepro\'; \'Mirto\'; \'Olivastro\'):
\'Ginepro\' apartment for two persons, consists of kitchen-living room with satellite TV (free channels only), 4 burner stove, refrigerator, dishes, deep fryer, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, table and chairs, king size bedroom with bathroom ensuite with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and hair dryer.
Covered veranda with outdoor lounge area, table and chairs for breakfast and dinner in peace, additional covered veranda with table and benches in wood, in common with the other apartments to spend pleasant evenings in the company. Washing machine and barbecue shared with the other two apartments. The house is surrounded by a large garden with trees offering ample shade for relaxing after a day at sea, is equipped with lighting and ample parking.
\'Mirto\' apartment for four persons, consists of kitchen-living room with sofa bed for one person, satellite TV (free channels only), 4 burner stove, refrigerator, dishes, deep fryer, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, table and chairs, king size bedroom, bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and hair dryer, loft (minimum height 140 cm and maximum height 165 cm) with king size bed or two single beds.

In Camping at 400 m away and a few meters from the beach restaurant you can enjoy the facilities,
pizzeria, bar and mini market for newspapers and fresh food.
The sea is 500 m as the crow flies and
the villa\'s overlooking the sea and the beach of Cala Sapone is 1,250 m long, half white (in good condition) and half asphalt.

Cagliari - Sant'Antioco by SS 195 'Sulcis' scenic route along the coast
Inportant to provide: Road Map
Outside Cagliari-Elmas airport, take the SS 130 towards Cagliari and
8.6 km routes take SS 195 toward Pula 31.8 km and after you reach the town
of Pula, which houses the ruins of the city Fenix-Punic-Roman city of Nora (worth a
visit for two hours). After the visit, continue along the SS 195 towards Santa
Margherita di Pula (see the beach), and 17.6 km routes leave the SS 195 and take the
toward Chia after 27.3 km (and many more beautiful beaches and coves of 'other) is
rejoins to SS 195 and take toward Sant'Anna Arresi - Giba reach and turn for
San Giovanni Suergiu (29.00 km), take the SS 126 toward Sant'Antioco and after 10 km after crossing the isthmus and passing the bridge that connects the mainland with the Island of Sant'Antioco, you enter in Sant'Antioco town and 500 meters after, you find petrol station AGIP (on the left side of the road) where we have a date to accompany you in the house in Calasapone.
