Lorenzini Rooms 2 is a Home run diffused Bed and Breakfast that has comfortable rooms furnished with antique furniture typical of old Tuscany art, still preserving the style of the native time.
The breath-taking view serves as frame to Lorenzini Rooms, the wonderful sight about 10 minutes from the old city walls of Siena, that is possible to admire from the beautiful rolling hills view of rooms.
It is composed of two double rooms with shared bathroom and a double room with private bathroom ( in every room is available a double bed or two twin beds ).
Furthermore it is served by public transportations, and it has available the free and reserved parking spot.
It is close to the University for Foreigners of Siena, the railway station and the Policlinico S. Maria alle Scotte and it is about 15 minutes on foot from the main square called P.zza Il Campo.
In the both accommodation facilities we are pleased to offer the followings sharing areas: living room, equipped kitchen and the laundry/ironing space.
is located outside of the ancient walls of Siena, you can reach famous Piazza del Campo square just in 5 minutes by minibus or in 20 minutes by foot. It is available fully equipped kitchen for all our guests.Our rooms have been restored recently. There are two large double rooms with shared bathroom and one double room with private bathroom.It is available loundry. From the windows you can enjoy country side of Siena. Free parking is available in zone. We offer free wi fi connection.

BY CAR:
• From Florence:
- Take the superhighway Siena - Firenze
- Exit at Siena Nord
- Take the roundabout and take Via Giovanni Paolo II
- Continue along Via Giovanni Paolo II (until the end of the way)
- Turn to your right and cross the bridge
- At the roundabout continue on your left to Via Achille Sclavo
- Take the roundabout and go straight to Viale Sardegna, continue to Viale Toselli.
- Take the roundabout and take Via Aretina on your right.
- You will find us on your left at number 158.
• From Perugia:
- Take the highway Bettolle - Siena
- Exit at Siena Est
- Pass the roundabout and continue on Strada Statale 73 Levante .
- At the next roundabout turn left and take Via Aretina.
- You will find us on your left at number 158.
• From Grosseto:
- Take the SS 223
- At the fork, go to your left towards Siena Est
- Enter into Strada Statale 73 Levante
- Pass the roundabout and continue on TRADA Statale 73 Levante
- At the next roundabout turn left and take Via Aretina.
- You will find us on your left at number 158.
You can park your car in front of our hotel.

You can stop on request near Via Aretina.
If you are coming from the city center, in Piazza del Mercato or in Via Logge del Papa you will find several minibuses in the direction of Due Ponti - Via Aretina.
Instead, for those coming from Rome and Milan, the buses to Siena stop on request in Viale Toselli.
From there proceed for about 100 m. on foot or by minibus to the bus stop in front of the Bed and Breakfast.
You will find us at number 158.
BY TRAIN:
From the train station there are several bus lines that arrive to the city center. We recommend that you take the lines in the direction of Piazza del Sale, or Piazza Gramsci, or Via Tozzi, or La Lizza. Continue for about 10 minutes walking towards Piazza Il Campo.
Take the Via del Porrione. From there turn left into Via Logge del Papa, where the minibus number 052 stops on request at Via Aretina You will find us at number 158.
