Off of the beaten path but, close to the airport. Fairly central to all outlying towns as well. The privacy and close proximity to the ocean make this home a very attractive property. Yes you can hear the surf.
This fine private home has a lovely sunroom which entertains the view of the ocean over the pond at the edge of the lawn. There is a living room with a fireplace adjacent and a raised dinning room above for formal enjoyment. The furnishings are traditional and fine throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipted and more than ample.
This house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Master Suite is upstairs with a lovely view and a studio (adjoining room with a sink that can serve as a 5th bedroom) and pvt. bath adjacent. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each and a shared bath between them. There are separate quarters over the adjoining garage with a bedroom with twin beds and a pvt. bath.
The TV is via Satellite and there is also a VCR and a fireplace in the living room. Outside there is a lovely patio area with an umbrella table and chairs that overlooks the perrenial beds and lawn. Twin hammocks, allow for duel relaxation by a pond, by the sea, by the beautiful sea.
Pets would probably not be considered here, but you might check to be sure, and referances would be a definite requirement.
$10,500/week July & August - bi-weekly or monthly only
June & September - October 15:
$3300-$5500/week
$3000-$5000/week bi-weekly
April, May & October 15 - May:
$2800-$3200/week

This is a lovely rental for the right people. There is a canoe and a duck boat available for the pond and the short trip to the ocean. Also short walk to pvt. beach. Both fresh and saltwater fishing are at your doorstep. There are also 7 acres of "wild" land with some walking paths, bench, and lovely views of the pond.
