As a guest at The Cliffs, you are offered golf discounts on all North shore courses, including the world class 27-hole Makai Course (ranked 5th in the Islands) and 18- hole Prince Course which ranked number one in Hawaii Golf Digest. The Cliffs features four tennis courts, a large pool, two Jacuzzi s, and a spa. The facility also includes a putting green and sand bunker, recreation room, BBQ area and a full-time-time staff with an activities and tour director.

Vacation Rental Property

Our Cliff's one bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sofa bed, DSL in the unit free of charge, full kitchen, 2 lanais, dining room and a washer and dryer in the unit. The Cliff's is located on the bluffs overlooking the blue Pacific and has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, club house, tennis courts, and activities.We also have other locations nearby if you have friends with you.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The condo has a king bed in the master bedroom with its own private lanai with table and chairs and private bath, the living room has a queen sofa bed and if that is not to your liking there is a lovely soft air bed in the closet that can be easily set up. If you have children more than two can sleep in the living room area with the sofa bed and air bed. There is a second full bath off the living room so you have two full baths. There is a quiet private lanai located off the living room with table and four chairs that faces beautiful flora and fauna, including banana trees, avocado trees, palm trees and local vegetation. It is very quiet and serene with only the birds singing for noise. If you want quiet, you have come to the right place. You are located on the ocean and are only a few steps away from whale watching in season.

You have a telephone where all local calls are free.You will need a calling card for long-distance calls. There are two cable TV's,a full kitchen, DSL in the unit, stereo player great pool, jacuzzi, many gas fired grills all over the property, putting green, practice sand traps, horseshoes, tennis courts and playground for children.You also have a club house and activities center where you can book all you sightseeing activities on the Island including helicopter rides and tours of every type imaginable.

Princeville has a first class Spa with everything you could want and it is located at the golf course nearby where you are entitled to golf discounts when you stay at the Cliffs Resort.

No pets are allowed and there is positively no smoking allowed in any of the condos but smoking on lanai's.

Directions

Take only road North from Lihue airport to the gated community of Princeville, Kauai,about 20 miles. Follow signs from the Princeville Gate to the Cliffs Resort located about 1 mile inside the gate.The world class Princeville Hotel is locate 2 miles from the entrance, a must see with its gorgeous views and 15 foot glass walls open to a view of the ocean and Hanalei Bay and the surfers and the Bali Hai landmark.Dinner at night at the Hotel's Hanalei Cafe out on the lanai is an experience you will not want to miss - come just before dusk and see the colors change into the black of night when the stars come out in all their glory. It is truly where paradise can be viewed in all its splendor.
