Saltair b&b is 15 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport. You can ski the "Greatest Snow on Earth" at any of seven resorts within 35-minutes drive. Saltair bed & breakfast is located in a wonderful Salt Lake City residential neighborhood between downtown and the University of Utah. Temple Square, the Family History (Genealogy) Library, Symphony Hall, and shopping at Trolley Square are all just minutes from our door.

Accommodations

Saltair Bed & Breakfast offers 5 guest rooms in the main house. We offer both private and shared bathrooms. The main house has a front parlor with fireplace, piano, and daily newspaper. The dining room is where a full breakfast is served from 8am-9am in the morning. We also have a TV room in the main house with TV, VCR and plenty of books and magazines to read. We also offer cottages with full kitchens, bedroom, bathroom, living room with cable tv and private phone line and fireplace. The cottages can sleep up to 4 guests. You also have the choice of our Alpine Executive Suites. They offer full kitchens, bathroom, bedroom and living room with cable tv and private phone line. Some also have fireplaces. They can sleep 2 to 9 guests depending on the suite.

Rooms/Suites

The main house at Saltair Bed & Breakfast offers 5 guests rooms. Each one is tastefully decorated in period antiques. The room rate includes full breakfast and evening snacks, air conditioning, fresh flowers and saltwater taffy, goosedown comforters on all beds, and use of the hot tub.

Amenities

Saltair Bed & Breakfast offers a hot tub on the back porch, also a hammock , patio furniture and a barbaque. We are just 5 minutes away from 2 gyms and a swimming pool. Night Clubs are easy to get to at just 1 mile away in the downtown area.

Services Offered

We are happy to make dinner reservations, arrange for tickets for local plays. We can also help in mapping out day trips. We provide a list of Real Estate Agents or rental properties for those who are relocating. We can also arrange in house massages.

Policies & Restrictions

We have a strict non smoking policy in any of the buildings. We allow children in the Cottages and Executive Suites. We allow pets on a limited bases.The guest will need to contact the property for rules and permission regarding pets prior to arrival.

Rates & Availability

We are open 365 days a year. Rates for the Saltair Bed & Breakfast are $55 - $109 a night and include full breakfast and daily maid service. Rates at the Cottages run $129-$149 a night and include daily maid service and continental breakfast. The rates for the Executive Suites run $99 - $329 a night and are a weekly maid service and no breakfast.

Directions

From the airport take the North Temple City Center exit and come all the way into downtown Salt Salt Lake City. Turn Right onto State Street, go 3 blocks south to 200 South and turn left, then drive east until you get to 900 East and turn left, we are the first driveway on the left.

Discounts Offered

We do offer discounted rates for extended stays of at least 7 nights for the executive suites and cottages.
