Individual hiking trip where your luggage will be carried by a donkey. The Apuseni Mountains are mainly limestone mountains with lots of caves, canyons and endless forests. Picturesque villages are scattered along the rivers. You'll hike along forestry roads from farm to farm. Everyday your guest family will offer you a typical warm dinner.

Typical Day

Daily trips are between the 15 and 20 km, so there will be a lot of time to enjoy and explore the nature. The guest families will help you with the donkey morning and evenings.

The trip is made for all ages. Especially families with children and seniors will enjoy this trip.

Sleeping and meals

Accommodation is provided in small hotels or guest farms. Daily you'll have a continental breakfast, a lunch packet and a typical warm dinner.

Rates

Price: 345 Euro (375 U$) pro person (minimum 2 persons) for 1 week in full board. The price includes also one donkey pro adult person. There are special rates for families with children.
