Typical Day


Today you’ll set off into the Reserve with your guide, who will point out the diverse plants and birds for which the Reserve is famous. You may opt to take a box lunch with you so as to enjoy a full day at the Reserve. Those not wishing to continue at the Reserve will return to the hotel for lunch (not included) and have the afternoon free to enjoy any of the optional activities in Monteverde, such as horseback riding, a visit to the Butterfly Garden, the Serpentario, Bajo Tigre Trail and the Finca Ecologica Trails.
