Gasthaus Switzerland Inn is a restored (1872) heritage house. Since 1985, we have been welcoming guests from around the world. We are located downtown, walking distance to Ottawa's attractions. We offer a charming and distinctive European hospitality. Included with your room is a wonderful, traditional Swiss, full buffet breakfast which can be enjoyed in our garden patio during the summer months. Our establishment is suitable for business, leisure and romantic getaways.

All our 22 rooms (some with fireplace) are comfortable and individually decorated. Our rooms have private bathroom and are equipped with working desk, private telephone with data port, Cable TV and air conditioning.
Our 2 Honeymoon/Romantic Getaway Suite are large beautifully decorated rooms with features such as poster canopy bed and double jacuzzi. Our Suites include a bottle of sparkling wine and the breakfast served to your room.

Continue on highway 5 and cross Macdonald-Cartier bridge into Ottawa. Continue on King Edward avenue. two blocks past Rideau street intersection turn right onto Daly avenue. Gasthaus Switzerland Inn is on your right.
