Cortina Inn and Resort.... 3 miles west of Killington Road on US Route 4 in the town of Mendon. We are just 7 miles east of Rutland, Vermont and about 30 miles west of the picture perfect village of Woodstock, Vermont. This central Vermont location makes Cortina Inn a perfect place to stay and see all that the beautiful Green Mountains have to offer.

Accommodations

The Cortina Inn and Resort is located on 34 acres of land with 8 tennis courts, a pond for fishing, miles of hiking and Mountain Bike trails, a nature trail plus adult and childrens game centers. . We have 96 rooms and suites that are all indivisually decorated and located on two floors but all under one roof. Each room has a outside door and a inner door that opens to a interior hallwayy The Inn features two large lobbies, one is a Art Gallery featuring the work of New England Artists, the other is a library where we serve tea, coffee and fresh baked Vermont treats each afternoon from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Rooms/Suites

All rooms have remote cable TV, In-room phones with data ports, air-conditioning, private bath, balconies or terraces. Superior Rooms have 2 double beds, Deluxe Rooms have 1 queen or 1 king size bed, Queen Fireplace or King Fireplace Rooms :

Each room is decorated in country elegance and includes a fireplace. Each Queen Fireplace room is uniquely different (some with 4-poster beds). King Fireplace Rooms
additionally feature a 2-person Roman Tub.

Family Rooms : Feature one master bedroom with one queen or king size bed, sitting area and TV. Kids
have their own "log cabin" room with bunk beds and TV.

Suites: Mountain Side Suites : Extra large room with open hearth wood stove, king bed, 2 person
Jacuzzi, private balcony, conversation area, refrigerator, bar sink and library.

Family Suites : Same setup and amenities as the Mountain Side Suite with a separate room
for children featuring bunk beds and TV.

Parlor Suite : Two room suite with separate bedroom and parlor. Features one queen bed,
wood stove, 1-person Jacuzzi, refrigerator and library.

Mountain Loft Suite : Elegant country style suite with one king bed in the master
bedroom and four single beds in a loft. Amenities include 2-person Jacuzzi, wood
stove, refrigerator and wet bar.

Innkeepers Suite: Two room suite, master bedroom with one king size bed, outdoor
multi-person hot tub, walk-in shower, open hearth gas fireplace and galley kitchen. Our
most ellegant suite.

Amenities

Indoor activities include a game room with billiards, ping pong and darts, a indoor heated pool and whirlpool that open onto 2 outdoor decks for sunning, jacuzzi, saunas and a fully equipted exercise room. Superb Massage Therapy

fine restaurant at central Vermont?s Cortina Inn offers outrageously delicious cuisine blending the
Northern Italian, French bistro and Mediterranean styles. Zola?s also serves hearty Vermont country breakfasts and a Sunday buffet brunch that has become legendary in Vermont.

Theodore's Tavern :A rathskeller-style pub, Theodore?s Tavern offers inexpensive, yet inventive menu options and great kids dishes. From Buffalo Wings to BBQ Spare Ribs to Crispy Chicken Wontons and Sirloin Steak Sandwich, to the burgers, pizzas, pastas and salads, Theodore?s can please palates of all ages. For those whose taste buds demand something unusual, Theodore?s offers Grilled Chicken and Goat Cheese Pizza, Shrimp and Pesto Pizza, Warm Salmon and Goat Cheese Salad or a Wild Mushroom Burger. Friday nights are pasta nights at Theodore?s where diners can create their own from a selection of pastas and sauces. The Tavern is the Apres Sports place to be.

Services Offered

We offer room service from 7am to 9:30 pm and light snacks are available 24 hours in the gift shop. Excellent massage therapy is available. In the winter we offer sleigh rides every Wednesday and Saturday, In the summer we are home to "The Killington School for Tennis" an adult tennis camp. We packge golf on six courses and we have the "Stream and Brook Fly Fishing School". We rent Mountain Bikes and have professional guide service for hiking and biking. We specialize in weddings and honeymoons.
