Vacation Rental Property

Under the shade of trees a yellow cottage of 50 square meters in the vast silent garden of an old villa where the owner lives. Generously furnished and supplied with good taste. Full size bathroom and kitchen Sleeps 2 + 1 (extra pull-out bed in divan). Private reserved parking in the shade. Free exclusive access to the swimming pool. Linen,
towels, etc are supplied.Pool is 300 feet away. Portion of garden with gazebo and barbecue reserved to Guests.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Sleeps 2+1. It was a painter's Studio. A big S shaped room with double size bed screened off at one end. Sitting room area in the middle. Dining room area at other end with window to the kitchen to pass plates and food. One new full size bathroom. 2 can sleep very comfortably, but there also is a full size single bed that pulls out from under the divan. Pool is 300 feet away.

Services Offered

Complete cleaning, change of linen, etc every Saturday
Tea set and a bottle of Chianti wine upon arrivals (on Saturdays)

Policies & Restrictions

No restrictions at all, pets welcome (there are 2 English Setters, one British Blue cat, 20 white doves, several red squirrels roaming in the garden. Goats, chicken and rabbits in the big orchard.
